I called them 3 times on this..they told me they cant tell until it clears...i even ask them if they can call the bank which where the guy deposited..and they said they cant..but i know they can...If you call them over the phone what ever you see online is also what they see in their computer until it clears..It only says counter deposit...but one think the teller says...if somebody made a deposit on your account and your present balance is the same as your available balance then that means it was cash deposit..if its not the same then their is a pending transaction...i was sure it was cash but still you would never know...
