3-4 hours for a loooong lunch. Should it be:

A. Very good food, nice place, upscale
B. Outstanding food, ok place, nothing fancy

Food - outstanding? Check.
OK, nothing fancy? Easier to relax and let your hair down.

Unless, clients lean toward upscales - then wouldn't disappoint.
