Incoming..... My first Patek 6119G

Afternoon all!

After a long wait that I felt like wouldn't happen, proud to welcome the latest addition to the family, my 6119G!

Feel like this is the perfect introduction to the brand for me - I'm absolutely in love with the movement architecture, something I think they've definitely improved on compared to the previous iterations of Calatrava.

This white gold variant seems to take a more aggressive approach to the classical Calatrava line; I think the more contemporary design on of the dial helps make it a much more casual piece.

I was offered another strap at the salon and not wanting to wait for a custom order, opted for the grey alligator which I've swapped to.
I think it suits the watch so much.

Safe to say I'm in love with it and looking forward to owning for many years to come!

Many congratulations. It’s a great watch, let down by a particularly bland OEM strap. Grey works well as an alternative. Yours looks great.
May I suggest you also try suede for a further dress down effect.

Congrats! The 6119 is a great contemporary Calatrava! The grey strap fits the watch nicely! Great job!

Roughly around 18 months, I think location works against the allocation process - not holding my breath for the next!

Did you consider the rose gold or was it white gold all the way for you?

Congrats! I have the 6119R. Got it two years ago, and it still feels special everytime I put it on.
