My view is that because the dial is unbalanced, the grey is less obvious and thus a better choice among the two. For the 15400 which has a better balanced dial, I chose the Silver.

Grey if you have light skin tone color. Silver if you have darker skin tone color.

I own a Ti44 which has a grey dial, so I went silver. I love it!
