White Submariner Dial Identification

I am having a hard time identifying the dial on this White Sub currently in my possession. Could it be a service dial? I'm new to Rolexes and need a bit of help. Thanks!

You need to know the serial number to find out what the original dial should look like

The serial number is 3,090,xxx, so circa 1972. Were all original dials from that year Red Subs?
