Looks good Roger but for me prefer the rubber.

The logic was that the stitching picks up the red needles. It definitely looks better in the flesh to my eyes but I will probably revert to rubber.

The combo looks a little off to me. Have to see in real life.
PS, on second looks ... it's getting better :)

It is growing on me! It makes it feel a bit more like a limited piece. Stupid I know.

Wonder what a gray rubber strap would look like?

lookin' good.
i'd also be tempted to use grey stitching to bring out the dial and let the red hands "pop" on their own.... |

Not a real comparison point, but I tried the Schumi gray on the 44 SS and it looked a little muted ... it might be a nice match for the anthracite dial / black case.

I love it. I think a nice contrast stitch goes a long way. I love to swap straps for fun.
Put a bright red strap on it. Heck, put it on a lime green strap. OK maybe not green...... Its not like you're trying to match shoes to a prom dress. Enjoy it!

Roger, I prefer rubber. Maybe a dark grey hornback with black or red stitch would be nicer :)

I'm going to say that they work equally well, so if you were to alternate between the rubber and the alligator straps, you'd be all set.
I think it would be a nice rotational permutation. Sam |

Too glossy. I think the black/grey/red GP strap would look perfect on that watch!

i think the grey schumi strap would look perfect, matching the dial and pushers
the hard lines of the rubber strap match the case |

Love the stitching. Really brings out the red. Did the same with my GP and it worked great. Trust your gut.

Rubber looks way better... the only non rubber strap I like on 44 mm is blue croco on 44 platinum... this one and others I saw on 44 mm models looks too thick...

I like it. Also think Carbon GP strap would look great & possibly Grey Schumi. Lots of great options 😄

Red edged GP strap is a good idea. Will ascertain if it fits the novelty's lugs.
