a monochromatic collection

a monochromatic collection
it may be boring for some but it's clean and easy to wear

I would like to add some color to the collection eventually

Not boring at all. I love a nice, classic white dial. Three gorgeous ones there.

For a touch of color and vintage charm, consider a BB58... either blue or black, both are amazing, great watch at unbelievable value.

Lovely trio. I know you mentioned that you'd like to add some color eventually, but I'd actually be inclined to stick with your existing program and see what sort of diversity you could have in your single dial-color collection.

I think white/silver/eggshell dials look best. Showcase the watch design way better than black. Nice collection

Wonderful collection and can't argue with your logic. I chose the white dial Sky-Dweller, too, for the same reasons. Blue is beautiful and has more hype, but I plan on using mine for travel, so white is much more versatile while standing out from all of the black dialed sports models.

White dials are the most appealing to me in a lot of instances. A few examples off the top of my head include most panda dials, Patek Nautilus, Rolex OP39, and GS Snowflake.

Agree with all the above. Clean, classic dials with timeless beauty.

By the way, the SS white skydweller is my absolute favorite out of the entire Skydweller range.

Nice trifecta of watches. Like them all, especially the white Sky with jubilee bracelet. How long did you have to wait to find the Skydeweller?

Well you have a head start on most people its usually "I have too many black-dial watches I need some white and/or color". And those 2 rolex happen to be really nice pieces. Congrats.

had a reason to shop for 2 watches at once, 2-tone DJ31 and 2-tone DJ36 with diamond bezel
i visited several local ADs to see how far such purchases might take me, trying to leverage the multiple purchases to get a more difficult to source watch

Ended up getting the DJ31, DJ36, and skydweller all within a span of about 3 months
the AD happened to receive 2 white skyd's at once, one with oyster and another with jubilee
so it was really nice to be able to check out both on the wrist before deciding

I wasn't expecting it so soon but it was a nice surprise

Yes I seem to recall some controversy about your purchase posts

Monochromatic always looks awesome.

Nothing wrong with all white. I’m the same. Just with black instead
