Hamilton vs Hamilton

Funny read actually....this guy should just stick to cars and racing.

I like the part where they say Elvis Presley was wearing a Hamilton, long before this bloke was even born.

Agree, dumb move Louis. Reminds me of Noel Lee, owner of Monster Cable who tries suing anyone and everyone he can over the word Monster. If you want to read TONs of bad press, look us Noel Lee sues...

Stupid move, glad for court decisions.
Too much ego to believe you can do this

Hamilton vs Hamilton, and Hamilton won. Who could have predicted that?

Hahahahaha.

Clearly he knows nothing about watches or the watch industry.

I believe IWC sponsors him. If I was them / Richemont, I'd drop him immediately at this point.

This charade went on for three years. Gotta love litigation.

Spoken sarcastically from someone who is five years into ongoing litigation over a real estate transaction that could have been settled in five minutes over a beer.

May you be right about something, but be involved in a lawsuit about it.

What a tard, void Hamilton trade mark. The company’s been around since 1892

I doubt very much this had anything to do with Lewis Hamilton himself, more his management company from branding perspective.

Additionally, the Daily Fail (sorry Mail) from where the story is taken is known for wildly sensationalist and incorrect reporting and anything they publish should be taken with a pinch of salt.

For starters it was an application to the European Intellectual Property Office. Not a court action. Hardly a 3 year legal battle ....

The EIPO said no. This sort of thing happens all the time and the Daily Fail has it in for Lewis Hamilton. They’re a media Joke in the UK

This.

Daily Mail never let the truth get in the way of a made up story.
