Did you pick up your LM101 yet? My AD just texted me and mine is arriving next week, as soon as I register the LM101, I will try to see how to get the MAD 1.

Ya know, the one thing these past few years have taught me, versus decades ago as an enthusiast, is that nowadays my mindset is a relaxed 'it'll arrive at some point'.

There's time....

Oh, and put on your headphones for this one :)

Indeed. I am guessing that you are an average 17-18cm wrist? And if so, the size looks just right.

Looks great on you. Another proof that case size does not mean everything.

Oh, my 6.75" wrist is usually the THIRD hole on a strap, here it is the second hole closest to the watch case. Just a heads up for those with smaller wrists on choosing strap sizing. The clasp is SOLID, and you need to push the release for it to be removed. Very solid design.

The world needs more Max

gtg, still waaaaay behind my workload.
Hey enjoythemusic - regarding the strap, would your recommendation be to go smaller for the mad1 than one would typically go for other straps?

The stock strap is fine for most people unless you have a reeeeeally big wrist. Personally, and have a deeeep collection of straps and felt something a bit thicker made more sense visually to offset the case height. While no longer available on eBay, here's what i use instead that is a bit thicker, follows the 'round red' style theme, etc.

While a small design detail, also i like how the aftermarket strap red stitching goes outward at the watch head. While i love MB&F and Max, overall wish he had a different 'stylist' for their timepiece bands. (Note: Grew up in the fashion industry, so tend to pay attention to the overall style, including attention to 'small' details, etc that can make or 'break' an outfit.)

DASSARI Turbo Nylon Watch Band Racing Rally Strap w/ Leather Backing
Band Color: Black & Red
Band Width: 24mm

Stock versus aftermarket....
