It has been the GMT Master Black discontinued? In what year? There are at least the new models but stainless steel?

Yes, they stopped making it in 2018.

Henry is spot on.

If you see any "new" models they were probably NOS that some of the grey dealers probably sat on. Beautiful watch and I hope it (or some iteration of it) comes back to the catalog soon.

I had one and I never did like the green 24hr hand. If they reintroduce it , I hope they use a red or blue hand instead, but that is just me.

Discontinuation was in March 2019. Of course the last examples must have been produced in 2018 or early 2019 and last stock sold out within months.
Questionable NOS (highly unlikely from an AD) and safe queens still out there.

I received this from my AD in September 2020, truly NOS, stickers and all. Fabbo watch, the black ceramic is quite distinctive, hope it never comes back in to production.

Bought one for my second son's birth year watch (that's the excuse I gave anyway...). Discontinued officially early 2019, which is all over the watch websites about March 2019, so makes sense the last ones were "produced" late 2018.

To me it's timeless, which is why it fits well with something I would like to pass down.
