I did it! Oysterflex on Submariner
I been wanting to put Rolex Oysterflex on my submariner. I really think it looks good and makes sense, Diver on rubber strap. Overall I think the OF is really comfortable and the blades on the inside is a very nice design.
This is actually my first time changing bracelet myself, I’m actually pretty happy with the outcome... No scratches! The only small issue is I feel like size D on my 6 o’clock side is slightly longer than I want. I probably need a size C due to the large clasp. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Sick!!! Looks great
I wouldn’t be surprised if the next iteration of Submariners have the option of Oysterflex. |

I wish I can fit the SD43 With an Oyseter Flex.. I just love the OF and what you’ve done is one beautiful modification that Rolex should offer to all divers as an option in my opinion.
Congrats.

Quite nice. I like the no-endlinks look on this (and of course, the YM).

I did it! Oysterflex on Submariner
Nice -
Couple of questions if I may? Just wondered how you managed to source the Oysterflex, I always thought Rolex didn’t supply parts for watches they were never originally supplied with? Did it fit straight on or did you have any issues getting it to fit? How did the price compare to say an Everest or Rubber B band which, no disrespect, visually would look pretty similar? Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Looks great rubber on a dive watch is so practical.. Rolex should offer the option of a OF on all their divers instead the metal bracelets .

Is it just me or is there a gap at the corners where the strap meets the case?

I like it as an option but I would not spend the money or time sourcing the strap from Rolex. I own RubberB and Everest straps that are made to go with the Submariner and they do not have gaps at the case.

Thank you! I think SD43 has slightly larger lug width. I am not so sure. They should definitely offer it. Maybe soon

Yes me too. I prefer this way. I think it looks better and I don’t want aftermarket parts on it.
