So I have a great relationship with my boutique and sales associates. I bring cake and we have 2 hr conversations with coffee.
Diver, RO, ROO in less than two years. And top level service with bands and deployants. Here is the rub. Offered me an RO 50 chrono but I need to buy a CoDE first. Ugh, I have tried on many and just don't bond with the watch - its just not for me. Any advice??? thanks |

The biggest misconception is people thinking it’s all about purchase history, it’s really not.
Don’t get me wrong that definitely helps. But it’s more about WHO you are and who you are around, than the 6-10 previous watches you bought. Develop the relationship and hope this helps. |

Is the 50th Anniversary ROC the easiest to acquire?

If you want to secure a 50th piece - buy the Code. If you don’t mind not getting a 50th - just wait on the regular list for hopefully next year’s regular ROC allocations. For some collectors it’s a special rotor and for some it doesn’t make much difference. Which are you ? Simple lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

With much respect, I would disagree on this comment. At least in Geneva, money which equals how large your collection speaks volumes and always gets preference. I know numerous collectors that speak that a new hot release, take your pick on the piece, is just awful but they are in line to getting the next week. Pure bragging rights and an unusual way to collect. Is there an exception, sure, but full pics of your collection is the way in. But, showing passion and love for the models wins loads of brownie points - agree with that comment. |
