Curious about swapping parts between two 42mm planet oceans

I'm considering buying a 42mm blue titanium planet ocean so that I can install the 42mm Skyfall bond-edition parts: dial, bezel insert, caseback, and I suppose the stainless steel clasp. Is it going to work? I would just be creating a watch that is more accurate to the film.

The drawback is the serial on the case will not match Omega's records.

I'd also have to probably sell the stainless model with the blue dial, blue insert, and titanium clasp installed.

I'm thinking this is probably not the best idea... but something I'm considering.
