I had a similar situation. Purchased Rolex from Ben Bridge. The store dropped the line and I got no loyalty from the other stores, just lip service.

As far as I know, they allocate watches to SAs and the SAs use them to keep their regulars happy. Loyalty is only from the SAs. Ben Bridge has no continuity.... so if the SA splits, you need to reset.

Maybe they will be subcontracting out the increased demand to Swatch Group. I often wondered in my head whether Rolex would ever send parts to a "raw" assembly plant in China and then have the assembled movements tweaked by the Swiss watchmakers.
