SEL vs Non SEL

Hi I would love some feedback from members who have experienced both SEL and non SEL bracelets. I am looking to aquire a 16610 and have set in my head it should be SEL. For those that have owned both, it is worth waiting for an SEL model, or if a good condition non SEL comes up at the right price would you go for it!
Thanks

I tried a 14060M last year and did not like the non-SEL bracelet. It felt cheap compared to the more recent bracelets, so I would pay a little more for a 16610 that has SELs. I'm not sure I would pay a lot more for it though since I like to put straps (rubber particularly) on my divers anyway during the warm months.

SEL is more better.

But I don't think it's worth delaying months and months. Plus, it looks like you have a 5 digit sub with SEL's already and are likely looking for a beater sub, so grab one and go, and don't sweat it.

I have a 16610 and the bracelet feels great. I am not sure if it is SEL or not.

2008. It does feel very substantial so it probably is sel.
