I think strap versions wear better on men, as they’re more classic. Especially YG/black. In fact, only Cartier I’ve ever thought was better on bracelet than strap for men was the Santos.
Must say, always wished the Solo (now Must) medium has been available with a mechanical movement. |

Me too but, I'm guessing it's never going to happen because then that will cut into Tank LC sales. If you want a nonquartz Tank medium, you have to go with the more expensive gold LC.

I’m guessing also has something to do with fitting a base-level auto in that case. The medium Ronde had an automatic option for years but more real estate to work with. Therefore only option would have been manual. Most likely the LC has a finer, more detailed movement in it and adding it to the Must would mean raising prices, not to mention creating a slightly disjointed line where the large is automatic and medium is manual wind. And I agree with keeping a movement like that exclusive.
