If I'm in a hurry I might not get to set it. I'd not worn the watch for a couple of weeks and didn't get to set it till I got to work. Used the time.is site to set it. Usually when I first put on a watch I use the international standard site or at least sometime while I'm wearing it. It's a great site. It even tells how slow or fast your displayed time is.
