Absolutely love solid gold bracelets. But I just can't wear them despite having tried many times. Not afraid to ding them or anything but just not comfortable with the look. So I will take PM watches on straps and will vote for the 116518 as it would get way more wrist time for me!

Does the gold bracelet fit the Oysterflex model, and can it be ordered separately?

I wish. I think the end links are part of the case. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I prefer ceramic bezels. I also prefer gold bracelets. In this instance, the bezels wins.

If paying for a PM watch go all the way and get the bracelet. For me it is worth it.

The bracelet is just too much yellow gold for me. I think the gold Daytona you pictured works great on the OF

Full gold with bracelet is fantastic. This is even better than the green dial ! Love it.

Gold all the way for me. I would rather have the full gold bracelet than ceramic bezel. If I could get both on the same watch that would be even better.

Agreed. A lot of hyper around the green dial but this one is my favorite.

Oysterflex! Full YG is just too much for me, I placed an order last month for this exact same config 116518. Never thought I was one for yellow gold, but something about that dial, bezel, and the oysterflex just works. Really hope to get it soon, but not holding my breath. :(

Why does Rolex purposely make a model worse than its potential... why not throw a ceramic bezel on a PM bracelet Daytona? Why is it only reserved for Platinum? Pretty lame.

Absolutely my thought also.

Hell no! Need to get one, before ceramic bezel will ruin it for me. YG Daytona is so special when in full gold (no rubber or ceramics).

On oysterflex with ceramic bezel, it's a lot more stealthy and OF is more durable than a bracelet.

True. Not a lot of gold surface area to ding.
