First Cartier!

Been a Rolex guy for a while, but am tired of the waiting and the games. I decided to give Cartier a shot and have been eyeing this piece for a while. Picked it up today and it was a pleasure to try on watches and actually walk out with one!

Congrats, although I always wonder when someone buys a watch just because they can't get the Rolex they want.

Truly hope that you'll really enjoy it for many years!

Did you check the deviation? How is it performing?
I ask because I really like it a lot but am afraid it's accuracy will disappoint.

Never been overly worried about a luxury watch’s accuracy, the vast majority are very accurate, my old Omega Seamaster is my least accurate at around 6 seconds a day but it only takes a moment to reset the time, and it runs fast so I’m never late.

The santos was also my first Cartier. I love it and it’s a nice piece to have in rotation.

Very Nice! That would look great in the black alligator. Wear it in good health!
