You would be able to get it cheaper in America or HK. The cheapest you would find a Platinum DD40 in Europe is around €40k-41k. Just looking at Chrono24 there aren't even that many on the market. Maybe from a private seller. This is really the best option in Europe. Unfortunately discounts just aren't that widespread in Germany and other countries. It's just part of the culture. Even clothing stores usually don't reduce prices on merchandise the way American retailers do.

If you really want one I would suggest flying to Miami. Even with the flight you would save money. Florida in general has better deals than NYC and LA. The exchange rate is actually favorable for you right now. It's the highest it's been in a while €1=$1.25. Take advantage now before another crisis!!!
