Re: Seiko Presage 60th Anniversary

Anybody has this? The model is sark001 with white enamel dial. I tried on my friend's and it looks awesome except for the price tag

All the enamel ones are pricey. The ones with less complications cost less, obviously.

I have the same watch, but in the black lacquered dial. With watches, "worth" is very subjective, but a lot of people, including myself, think these watches are very good value for the money. You get a fully in-house, vertical clutch/column wheel chronograph movement, and an oven-fired enamel dial for less than $3000. You're spending more than that for a standard ETA 7750 movement with most other brands, and watches with enamel dials typically start at over $20000. Do a Google search and you'll see that this watch was pretty much universally liked by the watch industry commentators.

Thanks for the responses guys. I was wondering which one of the following will you pick up since the prices of these watches (which I will be listing below) is very close to each other:
1. Seiko Presage sark001 white enamel dial (pictured above) about $3k
2. Omega Speedmaster Pro 42mm manual about $3.5k
3. IWC Pilot Chronograph midnight blue (Little Prince edition) about $4k

All have chronograph function and all are iconic IMO. :D which is the chronograph "to have" in your opinion?
