I don't even wear mine when I'm at home, never mind the bed.

I was like that in the past and never removed my GMT, now 43 YO, except while water skiing. In that case I worried about the band snapping in a wipe-out and the watch would be lost forever at the bottom of a lake or river. Lately, in light of its increasing value and nostalgic attraction, I remove it while doing yard work or while working on the car or motorcycle, but still leave it on at night and in the shower.

Ah yes, it is that time again, for a "do you sleep with your Rolex on" thread.
No, I do not sleep with my watches on. Why prematurely hasten bracelet stretch if I am not even conscious to look at the watch while it is on my wrist at night? The alarm clock and cable suffice for giving me the time when I need it in the middle of the night...

Not a chance! Unless a nap happens unexpectedly.

I expect my watch to survive my lifestyle 24/7 no matter what. If the watch doesn't match my life routine, then its simply not good for me. Basta. Then the search begins again. Now the 16710 has proven to be small and light and comfortable enough to stay always on.

I only sleep with mine when I'm on vacation. I don't trust anyone, especially not the "safes" in the hotel rooms.

I developed the habit of wearing my watch through the night, back when it was tritium & legible, needed to keep track of time while at work.
Nowadays, luminova watches are seldom up to the task of being readable deep into the night, with rare exception. My Patek Aquanaut actually outperforms my other watches for this purpose and is very legible in the dark.

Guess I am lucky; on my two subs and Exp ll, luminova is legible throughout the night. Fades towards dawn--often that is my indicator, versus the precise reading of the time.

Yes if I'm in a hotel.
