Datejust 16220 vs 16030

I own a 16220, and understand the differences regarding crystal and the movement difference 3035 vs 3135.
Can someone tell me if the overall thickness is different between the two watches mentioned above? Is the 16030 slightly thinner than the 16220? Thanks

I think the 16030 would be thicker as the plexi crystal sits higher than the sapphire. But I don't have both to measure.

Thanks, good point. Maybe I should ask if the case back sits higher in the 16220.
