Crown side lug undersides look gouged - unless it's an artifact of the pic. But if the case is gouged like that...even I would pass, and I've given some old dogs a good home over the years.

Not sure it matters but looking at the clasp based on one of the photos, the stamped crown logo on the top of the clasp indicates a later 1976-79 93150 bracelet.
Also, the 580 end link on the 6 o'clock or bottom side looks like one of the ears might have been filed down.

Very hard to say anything about dial/hands given the low resolution photos. Insert numbers look very skinny and the flat top 4 in 40 makes it look more like the service insert than a proper red back. But I might be wrong. |

Based on the photos, it appears to be a decent GMT 1675.
Check the bottom of the end links, especially the one at 6 o'clock position to make sure it is OK and the left ear isn't ground down. Not a deal breaker but a set of 580 end links are $350 - $450. (If it matters, the bracelet has probably been changed at some point which isn't a deal breaker either for many collectors.)

Small lettering on the dial looks a little sloppy could just be the photography. The upper case hole looks like there is a lip of metal sticking up from it.
