1680 Red Sub

Hey guys,
Interested in this Red Sub. What’s the experts thoughts on this one? Thoughts on Xupes, I’ve read the forum posts and they seem to get positive reviews.
It was serviced in 2018, just wondering if RSC would have replaced a bunch of stuff during the service. I’m not well versed here, so I would appreciate any help or thoughts.

It’s on Xupes website, but I cannot post the link.

It’s reference # W5406 on their site, if anyone wouldn’t mind checking it out.

Thanks guys!
Regards,
Matt

Some obvious points that stand out that aren't mentioned are the bracelet is a bit worn and has Tudor end links (no biggie) the box and papers are not worth a premium, and the bezel insert looks like it belongs on a 1680/8, new pip. I'm not a fan of this type of case refurbishment but that's just me, as for the price I can't really help you there.

x2. That re-cut case is a big turn-off. Way over-done. I'd rather have a beat-up honest case.

As for the accessories ... The one that matters the most, the Rolex guarantee paper, isn't shown in full. I'd make sure you see it if you're pursuing the watch.

Yea that guarantee paper needs to show the punched serial # or it adds zero value ,as the rest of the accessories like box & brochure seem to be wrong .I love the non faded kissing 40 bezel but not the pip & talk about no patina on that dial & hands why are they so white, not to mention hefty import taxes from UK.
