New Shades

Having recently gotten a vehicle with HUD, I found my collection of polarized lensed glasses made it difficult to see. I started looking around to decide what to get, Serengeti? Ray-Ban? Oakley? I came across a pair of Bose...the sound is unbelievable. Really enjoying them and strangely enough I can see the HUD as well.

Maui Jim Here!

The Bose idea is cool but I'm not crazy about the two options they have...

Recently started wearing Maui Jim instead of my Ray bans, really enjoying the MJs!

Oh, I've got probably 10 pairs of all those mentioned but unfortunately they're all polarized which cancels out the heads up display. Sure I could find a set which is made by one of those companies (Maui Jim, Serengeti, or Ray Ban) but they'd cost the same and wouldn't play hifi tunes. They'd just be another pair of shades!!!

I tried those on awhile ago when I visited a Bose store. I believe they come in 2 different styles. I was very surprised at the quality of the sound and how they focused on the wearer without being too loud for nearby people. Seems like a limited market to me. But what do I know, Bose does pretty well on their own!

There's a negative review on their web site (Bose) which states that they can be easily heard by other. From what I've seen this is not the case at all. Everyone who's tried them on has been totally surprised by the sound. I can't hear them when I take them off. The sound really is unnoticeable by those around me.
