looking to buy a watch made in my birth year, any suggestions on what models i should look into?!
i really want to put it on a leather strap..

Off the top of my head, I'd say 16760, 16550, 16800 or a nice glossy 5513.
Sure there are some good dress models out there too.

Depends on your budget. A 6263 Daytona looks great on a leather strap, but be ready to grab your checkbook.

Otherwise, a classic Submariner (date or no-date), GMT, or even a Datejust, are great choices.
