“ Two watches that the suspects attempted to steal were recovered at the scene“.

Man those cases really are empty!

Noooo

They must have been targeting the highly desirable empty case covers.

Wow, that store is my local. I'm actually looking at this Tourneau store from my office window right now. Sorry to hear about the armed robbery attempt- must have been scary. Some nice people work there.

Same type of smash and grab robbery happened at the Tourneau in White Plains, NY about a year ago.

The hell with the SS models. These thieves go straight for the PM's. The big money pieces. Don't kid yourself. Tourneau in Pentagon City near DC got hit a few years ago $800,000 USD of PM Rolex GONE. Never recovered.

It’s like a bank robbery. They want the store’s watches, not yours.

It's good to know that nobody was hurt in this. The lack of cerebral wattage among these robbers never fails to amaze me. This is too common of an occurrence these days and it's a shame.

Walked by yesterday morning and I think it hadn't been robbed yet... man that's an exceedingly dumb robbery. They could have gone to a bar and taken one off a drunk banking associate's wrist.

Do they still have that TV show where they show you the dumbest criminals?

So terrible - glad they were caught and everyone is safe.

Value everyday - no clue what one of these guys would have done if cornered.

If they place their name on the waiting list a SS sport model might be available by the time they get out.
