The Pam is obviously too big but pending on the look,it might work. 40mm on a women is about as big as I would go.

Just to say, she might find a 337 or 338 to wear smaller, in case the size is an issue.

The 48 looks great on her.
My wife with a very small wrist wears a 44mm and it is fine.
The Rolex looks like a great everyday watch.
The Pam is more sporty and fun.
