Got me a minty 1607

Im not much of a gold watch guy but when my dealer showed me this 1964 Rolex Datejust ref 1607, i was amazed by its overall condition. The champagne step dial is near mint and the case appears to be unpolished with no visible dings or dents. The bark finish bezel is what gives this watch its distinct character compared to the more plentiful fluted bezel. Another great addition to my watch collection.

Nice score ! You're right that bezel really makes the watch.

I normally wouldn't be a gold watch guy either, but looks fantastic! Very classic strap pairing too!
