Whats exactly inside new rolex 2020 box?

Hi,

Does anyone know exactly what comes with a new 2020 rolex? Is there a guarantee booklet and warranty booklet?

Thanks in advance

The same two booklets that they included in the past. There’s a warranty booklet and a watch manual booklet. There’s also a warranty card that’s changing but still a credit card sized plastic card from what I’ve seen.

Interesting. Sounds like I got ripped off! ;-)

Can you post a photo? Curious to see the new items.

I just got one a week ago and thought I didn't really look closely I think it was two books in the green wallet thingie, the warranty book and the instruction book. New style warranty card and usual hang tags.

Just looked, and this is what is in there.

Where is the AD your watch came from? I am guessing another country. Like I said, warranty and guarantee mean different things in the US.

No, not in any of the ones I have gotten in the past few years. I do have a similar book in the Rolex my dad got back in January, 1995.

I have 2 watches with the new card and both only came with the instruction booklet and warranty booklet.
Do you know if yours came from a USA AD?

That would be my guess. It looks like he threw one in from an overseas dealer.

That would spook me... Why does he have so many booklets etc to be just sending double sets?
That seems odd to me. But I am OCD about keeping all the paraphernalia in its correct place (in the box stored in the attic).

Your miami dealer just threw in 2 sets.

Your only meant to get 3 things

1) Warranty Card
2) User manual
3) Warranty Booklet

This hasnt changed for a long time.

Would you mind to elaborate on the difference for us non-US folks?
In Canada we get a guarantee booklet..

Likely different legal verbiage considering Rolex USA is considered a different entity than Rolex S.A. which is for the rest of the planet. There are differences in the warranty policy between the two.
