I can’t imagine trying that alone in my basement. The police report would read “ wife alleges she came home to find him unresponsive and snapped in half.” Of course I’ve had lumbar fusion so id probably snap in half if I tried to dead left even half of that. |

Lifting without shoes is fairly common. Even more so with squats and deadlifts. In fact, lifting barefooted is 10000x better more your mobility and stability than lifting in running shoes, basketball shoes, etc.
