Vintage lume question

Hello guys, vintage is not my area of expertise and so I need your help, does this lume looks correct for a vintage Submariner 16800?

or is it a bad relume job? or even water damage somehow?

The photo is very blurry and distorted, so I don't want to draw firm conclusions. However, if the lume is actually spilling out of the markers, then it is probably not original.

An amateur relumed it. Very poor attempt at reluming the markers and hands.

Vintage lume question

Is this a painting, maybe a modern art masterpiece of a Rolex Watch?

Most probably a terrible relume job, could even be a redial, worst a fake dial.

As above, clearly relumed. By the mid-'80s, Rolex lume precision was a lot better than, say, the '60s, when you did see some sloppy applications.

Here's my '86 Sub for comparison.
