Seeking help from those that have purchased from Japan

I'm in the market for a specific chronograph but have only been able to source it from boutiques in Japan which have told me to fly out there or have someone buy it locally and ship it to me as they are not able to do it. Has anyone had any positive experience with any non-boutique authorized dealers in Japan where they were able to ship to the US?
