Regulating a Daytona 116500

At what point (in terms of out of spec s/d or beat and ampl) would you have your Daytona 116500 regulated?

+/- 5 seconds a day. What does your timegrapher say as far as ampl in various positions?

I don't have a timegrapher. Would love for someone to recommend a budget model worth the cost. My local AD did a quick test in three positions and got an average of 250 with a max difference of 26.

Afraid today timegraphers and the rest of todays Rolex toys, can and often will be a Rolex owners worst enemy.Gravity affects mechanical watches the most thats why they are tested in 5 different positions. And in those different positions there will be slight deviations in the timekeeping. But don't worry over a few seconds + or- as long as it dont excide say average 5-10 seconds a day.Remember this the escapement of a mechanical watch in 24 hours pushes the gears 432,000 times. and a day has 86,400 seconds. Many things can effect a watch on the wrist such as metal expansion and contraction, temperature variations, mainspring power-reserve, subtle changes in lubrication and friction, shocks, and so on.The fact is that no mechanical watch made will keep 100% perfect time, very close yes but perfect no.The cal 4130 movement is one of the best chronometer movements ever made and since its launch in 2000 have not seen any with real abnormal accuracy reported on forum.
