The RO lacks traditional lugs in favor of seamless integration with the bracelet. Because of this, the focus of sizing moves to the lines on the edge of the case, jsut before it curves. This gives the eye visible markers that help guage the overall size of the watch. EG;

The lines allow for a sightly larger watches to still look good. Especially considering the fact that the case is fairly thin for its size. I think this was the intention of the design all along and why the newer version bumped up to 41mm.

I think it looks great on a wide variety of wrist sizes. There is more to a watch fit than just the lug distance.

I have 6.75" wrists and I love the size of the 41mm. My next watch for sure! Just need to convince the wife

6.75 inch wrist here. The watch is comfortable. I prefer the size of the 15300, but I wanted to buy new and couldn't find any leftover at a reasonable price. I managed a very nice discount on the 15400 through the help of a friend, which helped with the pulling of the trigger.

I think that looks fine on you! What exactly is your wrist size? My wrist are also flat as a board.

I would say they wear just like a 43mm Breitling or DSSD tho it is thinner. So if you can try one of those and it looks OK, thickness aside, then the RO will be fine.

I used to own a 15300 (that I regret selling) and this is how it looked in my small wrist:

Now I have the 15400 and it does not fit as nicely, plus it is not the most comfortable watch (neither was the 15300):

I also have a Pam111 and as someone mentioned, it fits much better and is way more comfortable:

I don't have any access to AP near me so I'm unable to try them on.

If you have a wrist smaller than 7" and own a 15400, I would love to see some wrist shots and your opinion about how it fits you. Thanks!

The 15450 is a great solution too for the smaller wrists, I have a 7.2" and can pull off the 15400 on my wrist but how the 15450 fits a small wrist is very nice imo. I feel it's more elegant.
