5990 for me. One of the things I love about the 5990 is that Patek didn’t just take the 5711 and upsize it to fit the functions of the 5990, but it’s totally redesigned whilst retaining the classic Nautilus look.

Mr. Fat_ninja is funny but insightful. I'm sure he'd be a good drinking buddy.

You gotta get them both. Very different feel on the wrist.

The one in blue. It has a more useful complication IMO too.

With nearly 100 votes in, the 26 has a healthy 10 point lead, I'm quite surprised, the blue factor really is very influential.

5990 is a great watch . However I like the size of the 5726. The functionality of the annual calendar , and I can stare at that blue dial all day .

5726 is like a dude missing leg day.

This is too funny!!!

This is a really tough choice but I picked the 5990 based purely on the dial. The chrono and timezone are both desirable features for a sports watch, however the annual calendar belongs to dress watch IMHO.

I actually like the 5726 blue face but the 5990 will be my choice. I think you should try both of them and see the one that fits you the most.

This is probably one of the funniest comparisons. Thank you for the heartfelt laugh...5990 all day.

The 5990 is probably the most functional watch I have. They nailed the ease of using travel time when abroad and I use the stop watch for working out (or attempting to).
