Didn’t seem like they took me seriously but I kept in touch and stopped in when I was in area they asked if I had an interest in any other nautilus I said nope just the 5990 and they said they’d put it in for me one and they would try get me one in 2019 and I got a call last week. Never purchased anything from them before but I’m going to def buy from them now. I think they sensed I really wanted and appreciated the watch.
