Dubai Edit - Day-dates make a comeback

Given some of the results here, it looks like special Day Date's are making a massive comeback after being cast away for the past few years.

I love these watches but every time I start negotiating for one recently it seems they are sold from right under me! I have 3 in my collection + a rare 1511, happy to see others are appreciating the smaller pieces.

Always love seeing this. And a gold rivet Oyster bracelet, too!

Two jewelled OQ DDs both sold for $112.5K, pretty near their prices at the 2015 Phillips Glamorous DD auction. The ruby “Pac-Man” was down about 6%, the sapphire/diamond “Meccano” was up about 10%. (A prominent gray said he was considering buying both, to make up a set with a third one he owns - Idk if he did so.)
