Obviously I am in the minority, but I prefer the green.

Nothing will ever take away from the blue dial but
when it is on the wrist it can be both dull and mesmerizing depending on angles /lighting etc. I suspect the green will be similar ,best to wait and see in person to decide |

I'll vote green. I find the new color elegant and even a little refreshing. Also, the new model has 3 subtle changes which though small make nice additional refinements: the date window now has a frame around it, the date font is now slightly thicker and bolder, and the Patek Philippe and Geneve logos are both now printed on short horizontal raised stripes like small raised platforms.

Between green and blue I prefer the green as it is more unique to me. I really like the white dial the best but it was not an option.

The initial press photos of the green were absolutely not for me.
However the on wrist photos show the colour to be a little more subtle, but I would still take the blue any day of the week.

But the dial seems not matched with the date background. Odd.

I'll take green, I love the outlined date window, and Ichiran is correct in that the poll is unfair and the perceived rarity of the green is definitely affecting my choice.

I think that in the original photos the blue dial is photographed better with light playing off the dial. I was still thinking I preferred the green until I saw the later, close up pic of it and that tipped me well over the edge. I would have the green in a heartbeat.

Really appreciate the small detail of the framed date window.
Had the blue so the green seems like a more interesting choice for me from afar but Given a choice I am leaning toward white.

32% for the green is pretty high considering no one has one yet, I did a poll on the BLRO with Jubilee or Oyster and before the Jubilee was released the vast majority would have said Oyster but now it is out and people have bought them and are conditioned to the Jub, that is actually doing better in the poll.

I like olive green, just not as much on this watch. I also find blue goes with everything, at least for me. While i need to see the color in person, seems to me olive green is better on a military style watch. Right or wrong I do actually have to think about what clothes I’m wearing when I want to wear this watch.
What I can’t figure out is whether this is a one year thing or here to stay for a while? Also need to move on at some point and find the modern day Gerald Genta for future generations. |

Cognitive consonance. A lot of people on this site own the blue so, naturally they vote for the blue. Even people who don't own the blue would have a better chance of getting the blue than the green since the grey market price for the green is going to be astronomical.

Blue. If you get the green, definitely get the diamonds - to distract from the hideous green. And with the diamond bezel, make sure you’re a woman or you’re buying it for your wife or girlfriend. Dudes and diamond bezels are a NO. #sorrynotsorry

The rationalisation I've seen most is to have the BLNR on Oyster and the Pepsi on Jubilee. With ceramic bezels the Oyster looks better to me, on a fluted the Jubilee looks good.
