Just got the call!!

3 month wait, received call that submariner 114060 is mine if I want it.

Just bought a DJii.. just sold a sub date, did not like the cyclops with the maxi case and ceramic bezel.

Would you purchase?

No if you did not like the 116610’s maxi case and ceramic bezel.

That watch is (almost) as safe as the US treasury bonds over the long term.

When I had the sub date, main reason I didn’t bond with it was the cyclops. This sub has such a clean look to it without the bubble on the dial. I am a fan of the cyclops on the DJ models though.

Go for it! If the Cyclops is really all that you didn't like about the previous Sub.

Good luck!

Cheers,
Carl

Do it! I have the 114060 as well and it is really clean. Keep the date only for the date just!

You will love it! I bought and sold three subs over the years, could not figure why they didn’t speak to me. I recently purchased the 114060 and now I know why the subs didn’t work for me.It was the cyclops!

I fancied a 114060 but was slightly on the fence.
However I pulled the trigger and absolutely love mine, and it’s just a gorgeous piece.

Go for it!!!

Nice! Somewhat ubiquitous but for a very good reason. Enjoy the icon!

I don’t want to piss on your parade but if you dive more than 1000 ft it’s pretty useless. And like most Rolex owners, you probably do :)
