Icon5 Help me identify this vintage piece please

Hi,

I just came across this piece, It belonged to my father but he doesn't have the box or papers.

Could you help me identify this piece? It doesn't work anymore so I'm thinking about sending it for a restoration.

The crown has the Omega logo.
Thanks

Most Omegas do not have a designated name.
This would probably.just been advertised as a dress watch.
Unusual if it is indeed an automatic in a rectangular case, as dial indicates.
