Pam 359 Inbound! Few Questions...

So I haven't owned a Pam in a bit, I have have a Pam 359 coming. Question...
What makes it a dirty dial?? What are people referring too?

Below is watch.
Anyone around here have a 359?
I have a shoe box of straps to put on it...

Nice, congratulations!

The “dirty” dial refers to the heavy ecru lume. That coloring wasn’t as wide-spread back then, so it got a nickname.
