Icon20 5320G vs Lange Dato PC

Hi all - any thoughts on Patek 5320G vs the Lange Datograph Perpetual Calendar? If you could only own one, which one and why?? (And secondary question - of the Lange Dato PCs, what color combo is best? white gold / grey dial of course? Or rose gold / white dial?)

THX

WG Grey dial Dato PC for me. I like the color scheme and the movement ain't bad either. I would stretch for a 5270G-018 or 5970G though if I wanted a PCC.

Lange makes a great perpetual. They also do magic with their RG.

5320G Patek looks much better in real life than pictures. Also depending on your eyesight the Lange is hard to read, and the big date looks weird when only one number is showing and there’s a white spot which draws your eye to it. The case of the 5320 is much more interesting.

Lange sub dials are impossible to read although the large date is great. Whilst both will be soft preowned I think the Lange will have the upper hand in taking a true bath. Harrods were offering a 30% discount on the Lange at one stage which i think has a higher MRSP than the PP. If you need a chrono then its academic, has to be the Lange. If you dont must be the PP.

I've always loved the 5320, such great style.

Definitely Patek for me, simply cause they have been around the whole time and are independent.

Dane definitely isn’t in to weights or sports, maybe competitive pie eating.
