Thank you for fighting the virus and helping people! Just heard the news that more than 900 people died in Italy in the last 24 hours. It is very sad news. Please be safe!

Sorry, I don't mean for it to be scathing in any way, but I have to go to work and likely get exposed, but you may not have to. I just think we should think about the risk to others. Again congrats, but I felt like I had to mention that.

I'll also add that I don't know where you live and what the rules for travel were, but I wanted to make a more general point.

Both points valid - for context I am not in North America and commercial flights were available. Secondly I had already been in quarantine for 2 weeks as I had been in Europe. Thirdly with 15 odd people on the flight spaced many metres apart I felt social distancing was in place.

The prime reason I did the flight was I really cannot predict whether full lockdown was going to happen and as I had paid for the watch in full I was nervous about ever actually getting it. They would not courier it either

So while the points are valid it was not done glibly and without risk considerations.

Sounds like you measured the risk and you came out ahead. Bravo!

Glad you got the watch but flying right now is highly dangerous. Planes recirculate air and airborne contact is the most common way covid-19 spreads. It only takes 1 sick person to get the whole plane sick given how everything keeps recirculating.

How long did you wait, if I may ask? And the AD's location?

Huge congrats!

Just something you may not be aware of - my son is a pilot for Delta and the airlines have a very sophisticated air scrubbing system that completely sanitizes the air in flight. Also they now are doing deep cleaning procedures between unloading and reloading every flight. Not to say we shouldn’t still be social distancing and wash, wash, wash our hands but risk is less than one would think. Would I fly unnecessarily today - probably not . But then ,I didn’t get “the call” for a blue 26 - Ha

What size is your wrist?

What size is your wrist in that picture? I'm waiting for mine (exact same watch), and hope that the case will fit properly on my wrist. I realize I can make the bracelet fit, no problem. I just want to make sure the watch, itself, fits. Thanks.

Very small wrist (about 20-21cm)and they took out 5 links - but fits VERY well. The can order 1/2 links if need be.

Sweet score!

My favorite is still the 3700 but of all the complications, that dial is the best!

Isn't 20cm like 7.8 inches? That's pretty big. From the pic it looks like your wrist is more 6.25-6.5 inches.

Yes that isn’t a small wrist at all if its 20cm. I’m 19.5 prior to expansion outside.
