Authenticity check on Rolex GMT 116710ln

Hi everyone,

I was hoping to get your opinion on if you are able to spot any red flags on this watch for sale? It looks suspect to me, but I'm not entirely sure.

This. He went out of his way not to show us the cyclops cuz he knew it wasn't 2.5 x magnification. He kept the camera at a distance. If you're trying to test the waters and see if it can pass off as legit to flip it to one of us. You picked the wrong forum.

If this is the case, then I apologize. The watch doesn't look right, but I could be wrong.

I definitely picked the right forum, again, I'm not a seller of anything, much less fake watches, I'm trying to buy this one.
What would be the point in trying to see if people on here could tell it's fake to try and sell it to someone. I'm well aware there are super fakes that could do that job, I'm just seeking your advice if the one I'm looking at is a fake because I only own 1 Rolex and I am not good at identifying the good fakes and I'm trying to buy this one.
I know its basically impossible to identify super fakes unless you open it, and then still some are even copied inside.

You've been around long enough to see what nefarious practices take place.

Why take the risk buying a watch with so much risk? Anyone with a genuine watch is not going to sell it for less than market value.

If it seems cheap, it’s a red flag. Stainless steel rolex watches have small profit margins already.

If you cannot vette the seller, Don’t buy from him or her. I bought my 16110 from a well known seller on this forum 6 years ago. If you want a nice used sub, check out the sellers here, who have years of successful sales under their belts and lots of satisfied customers.

Exactly. It's like getting a gold coin for 10% off the price of gold. Makes no sense and panders to the deal seekers who tend to lose more than they save.
