yes, with the full service i can only assume they did the pressure test and it passed. i might drop it in a glass of water to be sure, but based on these later posts it looks like everything is A-OK with the crown.

How large a gap is really a question. If it's too large it suggests something might be amiss. If it just came back from Rolex it's been pressure tested and I'd think it would be find. If in doubt consider having it pressure tested independently.

I went from "oh hellz naw, send that back" to hmmm, maybe I should check my DSSD, then to "cool", I love it when I learn something new.
