repairs in London

Hello

I have a 1983 model 5513 Submariner in near mint original condition which I bought nearly four years ago. It has always kept excellent time, but when I wound and put it on today (it had been sitting in a drawer for a couple of weeks) it would not go.

Can anyone please recommend a repairer in Central London and whether it is better, and less expensive, to use an independent such as Talerman or Duggard, or to take it into Rolex? I am particularly concerned that the repairer doesn't replace parts that do not need replacing, thus affecting its value.

Thanks in advance
