Which is the more comfortable to wear, the 14060m or 124270

As the title states,

In your opinion which is the more comfortable to wear as a one & only and a daily wearer?

I have the 124270 but am considering part exing it for a 14060m.

Should be 124270 given its smaller size? Weights may be similar though as the 124270 has solid centre links in the bracelet and a milled clasp, whereas the 14060m has hollow centre links and a stamped clasp.

Although not exactly the same as the ones in question, I had 114270 and 16610. They were both really easy to wear, but if I had to pick, the smaller sized 36mm Explorer was slightly more comfortable. At times it felt like it wasn't even there.

Don't forget relative length of the Sub clasp compared to the Explorer.

You will have to deal with the five link minimum on the six o’clock side of the 14060M, which can affect comfort and wearability on wrists up to 7”.

I know on my flat 7” wrist, I was unable to prevent the 14060M from kicking over the the 12 o’clock side of my wrist due to that constraint. No issue with the 114060 given the four link minimum, but it’s a heavier and less inherently comfortable watch.

I think this might well be the determining factor.

The Sun has a taller caseback as well that removed a bit of comfort (I have the 16610 and 16710 that are very similar in terms of case but the GMT is more comfortable with the slimmer caseback).

I wear these two more than any others I own...(Yes I know mine is the 39mm version)

I find both extremely comfortable...(I have an 8" wrist)

But if forced to choose I would have to say that the Explorer is just a wee bit more comfortable...

Due to it being a bit thinner...

For me there really isn't any appreciable difference...

But if I could only have one of these I think the Submariner would be my choice...

I have a 124270 and 16610 and I have to say the Exp wears much more comfy, less rattly and better to dial in a fit for me.
