Have you tried on the AP 15450 ? Perhaps easier to get brand new so you can trade mint for mint.

If you don't wear the BLNR you probably need to move it.You're lucky its a highly desirable piece. Just make damn sure you are flipping it for something you really want. You don't sound like a serial flipper but that is ultimately a losers game, as you well know. AP 15400 is an awesome watch. Good luck

Hi there, yes I have, it is nice, but I find the dial to be a bit on the small side. The 15202 is out of my reach and a blue 15300 have skyrocket in price. So my options is 15400 or 15500.

Correct! I am not a serial flipper, and if I flip the BLNR I would most likely not flip the AP any time soon.

Thank you for all input, I appreciate it very much! I decided to pass on the 15400 with silver dail. It is a lovely watch, but after trying it on 3 times and comparing it to the 15300, the 41 mm seemed a bit to large for my taste. Now the hunt begins for a 39 mm RO. Thank you all again!

the dial on the 15400 beats the 15300 imo though...that hint of sunburst makes a whole lot of difference.

I prefer the white dial of the 15300 much more than the silver one of the 15400. I find it much more elegant.

The AP is a true work of art. The Rolex in comparison is a workhorse and a good daily. But since you already have a daily, the AP makes a perfect dress watch.

The AP is special, you know it’s a top tier watch. Get it!

I kind of momentarily went cold with Rolex after getting an AP RO. Still my most daily with the SS Daytonas for the gym and when I felt like it. So about 4 days a week AP, Daytona white/black alternately. That’s my week.

If you have bought something that you have never used, yes you should sell it and move on

Curious - why do you wear a watch to the gym? Isn't it uncomfortable?

has the dealer said they will give you BLNR trade in value of almost $14k? Since dealer needs to make profit to resell the BLNR, i'd think you'd be lucky to get $12k therefore your chip in cash cost would be closer to $10k

Hi there!
I have decided to pass on the 15400. My wrist is 6.69 inches/17cm. I can absolutely rock the 15400, but I find the lug to lug with to be a bit wide and would rather trace down a 15300.

Cheers!

Correct! They said almost $14k, but it is unworn and purchased in 2019, the last of the last before the new reference came out. I guess that makes a difference. Accordingly to WatchBox Reviews WEEKEND WATCHES series the Batman is still increasing in value and the Batgirl have decreased a tiny bit, here is a link to the episode :)
